IQ Catalyst was founded in 2024 by Mark Sargent, a seasoned executive whose 30+ year career spans the technology, professional services, learning, and entertainment sectors. Mark has held leadership roles at organizations including IBM, Monster Worldwide, The George Lucas Educational Foundation, Penn Foster Education Group, and Risepoint. He holds advanced degrees in Business, Educational Technology, and Public Administration—a rare blend that bridges strategy, innovation, and execution.
